I did get my refund in the end, so that was good, good enough I guess. The only thing was support was slow, like slow slow, and I had to wait longer than I expected.

I’ve used getir a few times and it’s usually been fine. This last order arrived quickly, but then I noticed one item was missing and another wasn’t the size I’d chosen. I was, well, I guess I was mostly annoyed because I’d planned dinner around it. Support did sort it out later, which I appreciated, but it’s still frustrating when the order isn’t complete. Not a terrible experience, just feels like they need to double-check bags a bit more before sending them out

getir is convenient when everything works the way it should, and the app itself is easy enough to figure out. My main issue is that items sometimes look available while I’m shopping, then suddenly disappear when I get to checkout. That’s frustrating, especially when you’re just trying to place a quick order. Delivery times can also be a bit hit or miss. It’s not a bad app by any means, but for something people use for convenience, it really needs to be a little more reliable.

I ordered some fruit, milk, and a ready meal from Getir, and I was disappointed when I unpacked it. I still remember picking up the bananas and just feeling that sinking annoyance because they were already brown, the salad leaves were wet and sad-looking, and the milk had only one day left before expiring.
I get that the whole point is fast delivery, but that shouldn’t mean sending groceries that feel like they’ve been sitting around too long. I ended up throwing away nearly half of it, which felt like such a waste. I don’t think I’ll be ordering groceries from them again.

I’ve been using Getir regularly, and if my experience is anything to go by, they’re really quick and reliable. My orders usually show up fast, everything’s been in good shape, and I haven’t had any strange delays. Overall, I’m happy with it...

I used to really like using Getir, but I don’t know why the prices have gone up so much lately. Then there are all these extra fees that pop up at checkout, and the promos either barely work or come with a bunch of conditions. It just doesn’t feel worth it anymore.
